Spain manager Luis Enrique makes two changes to his side following their penalty shoot-out victory over Croatia in the Round of 16, with defender Dani Carvajal and Robin Le Normand coming into replace Nacho and Jesus Navas after they missed the semi-final win against France through suspension.
Playmaker Dani Olmo, meanwhile, is set to start for the second match in a row after Pedri suffered knee injury scares during Spain’s quarter-final victory against hosts Germany.
Olmo scored a goal and an assist in the win over Germany, then grabbed his group winner against France.
England manager Gareth Southgate unsurprisingly recalled Luke Shaw at left back for Kieran Trippier, whom he substituted in the semi-final win over the Netherlands.
